Company Cheque for credit approved accounts only! Cash, VISA, American Express, Master Card, PayPal, Certified Cheque, Money Order, Bank Draft or Bank Transfer is the payment options for all other customers.

All orders are F.O.B. Markham, Ontario, Canada. BRTB will ship via its preferred company of choice. Orders above $1000.00 on packaged goods will be sent pre-paid. Oversize and or overweight items do not apply. All freight is sent via FedEx worldwide. While we try and ship all orders same day, sometimes delays can occur in which case orders ship in 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Each BRTB product line, series or Item carries its own warranty against manufacturing defects. Products that have been abused, tampered with or used in some way not consistent with the products intended use would not be covered by the warranty.
Complete a BRTB RA form (Available by request)
Procedures: Attach a copy of your invoice. If a manufacturing defect is found, BRTB will repair or replace the item (BRTB’s discretion). The item will then be shipped back to the customer free of charge.
Authorization (RA) is required PRIOR to returning any products to BRTB. The product must be a current BRTB catalogue item and not sold as a special, end of line, one of a kind or demonstrator product. The product must be sent back with freight prepaid. A 20% restocking charge will be charged on all returned items. All refunds take upto 7 business days to process from the date the item is recieved back at BRTB Markham.
